Built in 1895 and classified as a historic monument in 1989, La vieille fromagerie Perron is the sole survivor in its category in Québec. Discover the history of the Perron family, a cheese-making operation that is recognized internationally for the quality of its cheese, and the importance of the cheese industry at the end of the 19th Century.

Certified: 2016

Provincial certification(s): Terroir et Saveursmd.

Our establishment is part of: Route des Fromages fins du Québec (Provincial Road).

Products : make your own cheese, sample regional cheeses in the tasting workshop and chat to our cheese-maker in action.
