Terroir Boréal evolved from one man’s passion. Martin Brisson, executive aboriginal (Anishinabeg) chef at La Galouïne Auberge & Restaurant in Tadoussac. Is on a culinary mission to share the food products of the North Shore. Our product line continues to expand with steady customer demand to take home our products. Enjoy!
