HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Subscribe to our Newsletter on the www.terroiretsaveurs.com/, www.inns-bb.com/ and www.terroircuisineandproducts.com/ Web sites for a chance to win Food-Lovers' Excursion. By subscibing, you will automatically become eligible for the contest.   There is no obligation to purchase or make a reservation. A subscription to our Newsletter gives you 1 entry for the draw. Only one participation form may be submitted during the contest.                          The contest winner will be drawn from among all the participation forms received between June 4, 2010 and up to midnight on October 31, 2010. The first name drawn will receive the certificate. The draw will take place on November 8, 2010 at 11 am, Eastern daylight time.

ELIGIBILITY

This contest is open to all residents of Québec aged 18 years old and over. Those involved in any way with the advertising contest, the Association’s employees, its representatives, its agents and the owners of establishments listed on the www.terroiretsaveurs.com/, www.inns-bb.com et www.terroircuisineandproducts.com Web sites , and any members of their households, are not eligible to participate. The winner authorizes the Association de l’Agrotourisme et du Tourisme Gourmand du Québec to use his or her name and photographs for advertising purposes without any form of remuneration.   Entry participation forms become the property of the Association de l’Agrotourisme et du Tourisme Gourmand du Québec and may be used by it for promotional purposes. If you would like your name removed from the mailing lists used by the Association de l’Agrotourisme et du Tourisme Gourmand du Québec, please send your request by regular mail to: 4545 Pierre-de Coubertin, Station M, PO Box 1000, Montréal, H1V 3R2 or by email to: info@terroiretsaveurs.com

DESCRIPTION AND VALUE OF THE GIFT CERTIFICATE

One gift certificate with a value of $500 CAN will be awarded. This gift certificate will be valid for one year, from November 8, 2010 to November 8, 2011. This gift certificate is offered by the Association de l’Agrotourisme et du Tourisme Gourmand du Québec. It can be used at any establishments certified by the Association de l’Agrotourisme et du Tourisme Gourmand du Québec and listed on www.terroiretsaveurs.com/ web site (on-line in August 2010).

WHEN DOES THE CONTEST CLOSE?

The contest opens on June 4, 2010, and closes on October 31, 2010 at midnight, Eastern daylight time. The winner will be notified by email within seven days of the draw date. It is therefore essential that you provide a valid email address. The winner must contact the Association de l’Agrotourisme et du Tourisme Gourmand du Québec within 15 days of receiving the email notification; he or she will then receive a letter, sent by regular mail, confirming that they have won gift certificates, and giving instructions for its use.   The name of the winner will be announced on November 15, 2010 at this address: www.terroiretsaveurs.com/   Should the winner not contact the Association de l’Agrotourisme et du Tourisme Gourmand du Québec within two weeks of the announcement, or should the winner be found not to have complied with contest rules, this prize will not be awarded, and a new draw will take place. The prize must be accepted as advertised, and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.

CONDITIONS FOR ENTERING

In participating in this contest, a contestant agrees to respect the official contest rules and the decisions of the Association de l’Agrotourisme et du Tourisme Gourmand du Québec, which will be final.

LIABILITY

The Association de l’Agrotourisme et du Tourisme Gourmand du Québec will not be held liable for any inability to connect to the network, for unsuccessful, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, Internet failures, hardware or software malfunctions or any other technical problem, for any communications failure or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the contest in any way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, the receiving of entries, eligibility of the contestants, transmission of notification to the winner, and the winner’s response to this notification. The Association de l’Agrotourisme et du Tourisme Gourmand du Québec promises that all personal information provided by you for the purpose of this contest will remain confidential. This information will not be sold, leased or provided to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.   The winner hereby releases the Association de l’Agrotourisme et du Tourisme Gourmand du Québec, its employees and its members, as well as their agents, from any responsibility for any injury, accident, loss or other problem related in any way to the prize.

CANCELLATION

The Association de l’Agrotourisme et du Tourisme Gourmand du Québec reserves the right to cancel or postpone this contest in the event of a computer virus, bug or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Association de l’Agrotourisme et du Tourisme Gourmand du Québec, which affects the security or the effective management of this contest, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux.

LIMITATIONS

This contest is subject to provincial laws and is null and void where the law prohibits it. Any dispute regarding the organization or the conduct of an advertising contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie for the sole purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
