The restaurant at Auberge Le Madrigal offers a regional cuisine whether you are a meat lover or a vegetarian. Each season the menu differs allowing the regular customers or those who wish to become, to discover other facets of their market cuisine. We will be happy to adjust your menu based on dietary restrictions such as allergies.

Petites nouvelles de par chez nous-an: Our summer menu has arrived! Come taste the lamb from La Ferme Les Péchés Mouton, the good bread of Boulangerie La Mie Bretonne and of course our Brome Lake duck. We added Stanstead rabbit in our trilogy of lasagna. A guaranteed feast!
