Gold Table 2011 - Laurentian Tourism. Chef-owner and Duck Master Olivier Tali use local products. He prepares Laurentian Duckling à la Rouennaise (by reservation). Only restaurant in Canada and 12 chefs in all the world. Wine List. Attentive service in a warm and romantic ambiance. The terrace is surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers.
