
La Table du Chef Robert Bolduc - what an experience! This chef is really passionate about food. One who scours the woods looking for authentic flavours. He acquired this experience working with the greatest chefs, but thinks for himself and so has been able to forge a unique culinary identity inspired by the soils of Québec.
