Guest room in a small inn typical of the region in character (up to 25 rooms). Includes breakfast reflecting the flavours of the region. Several of them offer a Terroir Cuisine (Table aux Saveurs du Terroir certifiée) where Quebec terroir products take the top honours. Minimum classification : 2 stars

This label of quality is granted to the best, most attractive small inns in Québec.  More specifically, to have the right to use the name Auberge du Passant (Country Inn), typical inns and small hotels must not only be classified with a minimum of 3 suns or 2 stars, but their owners must also meet strict standards for quality and ethics on a continuing basis and respect the promise given to our customers.
