Since 1982, Suzanne Latour, a graduate of “L’Institut Techno-logique et Agroalimentaire de St-Hyacinthe”, has labored in the milk industry, managing a herd of 120 Saanen goats, of which 60 are yearlong milk producers. Suzanne started the transformation of the milk production at her own cheese shop, which is located next to the farm.
